This one day workshop is designed for engineering and product leaders as well as senior product & engineering managers.

Product strategy is the foundation of any great product team, yet unfortunately it is often neglected due to the day-to-day pressures of discovery and delivery. But a powerful breakthrough product strategy and roadmap, understood and backed by the Exec team and Board, can position the company against the right trends, outfox the competition and deliver value to your customers and the business.

The course serves as a great way to help grow aspiring executives within the combined product and technology organizations.
